NVC LEVEL I (ADVANCE)

This is the final stage of the National Vocational Certification (NVC) in Automotive Mechatronics Technology. It is designed as a build-up to the competence initially acquired by holders of NVC III (Basic) and NVC II (Intermediate) certificate. Those who successfully complete this stage can, in addition to a relevant certificate/degree and substantive practical experience serve as automotive instructor.

All trainees will be exposed to further automotive courses which will equip them with the knowledge required to fit in to any automobile related industry or start-up a “one stop” automobile service station. Each trainee will in addition to the offered courses, have a privilege of choosing an area of specialty out of the seven (7) areas of specialties available on this programme. Trainee can decide to choose another specialty different from the one chosen at the Basic and Intermediate level, and can continue to add up knowledge on the initial specialty. Trainee will also be exposed to regulations and policies related to automotive practices.

In-depth training on the chosen area of specialty and real live assignment in a workshop will be delivered to the trainee. This will avail the trainee the opportunity of starting up as a specialist in the chosen specialty as soon as he completes thisprogramme.Below is the list of available areas of specialization.
